I learned this verse a long time ago...
It popped into my head today.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. "Plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope."
-Jeremiah 29:11
I like it. ♥

Hello - I heard of you yesterday from my friend Elaine in Georgia, and wanted to wish you best of luck, Laura, and Godspeed. I too am a cancer ( H. lymphoma) survivor, and it will be 9 years this coming May for me. I personally know so many other survivors, including at least 3 who were saved from leukemia or lymphoma with a bone marrow transplant. When I do my next event for Team in Training, probably the Nike San Francisco Marathon in October, your name will be written on my race singlet. So you're coming along for the ride for 26.2 miles (I hope :) Hang in there, and beat this thing! Art from Virginia

It's ironic that on Anthony's birthday Art writes on Laura's blog. Ironic because Anthony is also a H. lymphoma surviver and birthdays are so much more special! So Laura, me, Anthony and your new friend Art say GO FIGHT WIN and we can't wait to celebrate many, many, many, birthdays with you.

Thanks Parker family and new friend Art. Just wondering which Elaine friend you know. Good luck on the Nike run in October. I am planning on being around to hear your time and how great it was. Thanks for the post and the support from so many of you! How can I not GoFightWin!!!☺
